BSF pushes in 11 thru’ Feni

FENI, Jun 19 (UNB): Indian Border Security Force (BSF) reportedly pushed 11 more people into Bangladesh through the Feni border on Thursday. Those pushed included seven women, one man and three children.

Lt Col Mohammad Mosharraf Hossain, commandant of the Border Guard Battalion (BGB)-4 Battalion, said the BSF pushed the people through Jashpur border in Chhagalnaiya upazila of the district around 2 am, taking the advance of the inclement weather.

Later, a patrolling team of the BGB detained them and later handed over to the Chhagalnaiya Police Station for taking legal action, he said.
