Chattogram WASA launches tracking system

CHATTOGRAM, Sept 17: Chattogram Water Supply and Sewerage Authority launched its tracking system on Tuesday aiming to provide better services for its customers.

The tracking system website address is http://ccts.cwasa.info.

Kazi Nurjahan Shila, public relations officer of Chattogram WASA said, "We have introduced the tracking system today. Now all the clients can inform us about their complaints through the tracking system website http://ccts.cwasa.info. The authority will take steps immediately to deal with their complaints."

She also expressed the hope that WASA customers will benefit enormously from the new system.
