Cops arrest two 'robbers'

Police arrested two alleged robbers along with homemade weapons after a reported brief 'gunfight' from Kadamtali area in the city on early Saturday, reports UNB.

Three policemen including a sub-inspector were injured in the 'shootout'.

Police recovered 11 crude bombs, two knives and a chapatti from the spot.

Kadamtali Police Station sources said a patrol team got information that a robber gang was taking preparation to commit robbery in the Wasa Battala area.
