Couple's bodies recovered from Wari residence

Police recovered the bodies of a couple from their residence on the 5th floor of a building at Wari in the capital on Friday night, reports UNB.

The deceased were identified as Md Muid, 35, from Araikandi village in Titas upazila of Cumilla, and his wife Ayrin Akhter, 32, of Miaji Bari in Chauddagram upazila of the same district.

DC of Wari Division of DMP Harun-or-Rashid said locals informed police after the couple had not opened their door for two days. Police later broke into the apartment and found the bodies.
