Ctg WASA hikes water price

CHATTOGRAM, Nov 05: Chattogram Water Supply and Sewerage Authority (WASA) has hiked the price of water by 5.0 per cent with effect from January next year.

In the 64th board meeting held on Thursday, the authority took the decision to raise the price of water. As a result, the consumers will have to pay Tk 13.2 per unit while non-residential clients will have to pay Tk 31.82 per unit.
