Curriculum reform, teacher training vital for early childhood dev: Bobby Hajjaj

State Minister for Primary and Mass Education Bobby Hajjaj on Monday said sustained investment in curriculum reform and teacher development is essential to advancing early childhood development in country.
He made the remarks while addressing a transdisciplinary seminar titled "National Dialogue on Early Childhood Development Policy and Practice," organised by the Department of Public Health under the School of Pharmacy and Public Health (SPPH) of Independent University, Bangladesh (IUB) on its campus, according to a statement.
Bobby Hajjaj attended the seminar as the chief guest, while IUB Vice-Chancellor Prof Dr M. Tamim chaired the session. Chairman of IUB Board of Trustees Didar A. Husain and Trustee Javed Hosein, and National Academy for Primary Education (NAPE) Director General Farid Ahmed were present as special guests.
