Dengue claims one more life in 24 hours

One more death was reported from dengue in 24 hours until Monday morning, raising the number of fatalities from the mosquito-borne disease in Bangladesh to 13 this year, reports UNB.

During the period, 19 more patients were hospitalised with viral fever, raising the total infected-case to 1245 this year, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).

Of the latest cases, one patient was admitted in hospital under Dhaka North City Corporation while two were hospitalised in Dhaka South City Corporation.
