Doly Begum wins women achievers award

Doly Begum, Member of the Ontario Legislative Assembly of Canada, has received 'PACE-RMM Women Achievers Award 2019' under the 'woman of distinction' category'.

On the occasion of International Women's Day, the name of MPP Doly, was announced for her distinguished contributions and commitments to the public and the community.

Progressive Action for Community Empowerment (PACE), a non-profit organisation, and Radio Metro Mail, an infotainment channel broadcast from Toronto, recognise a Bangladeshi-origin Canadian woman every year for her achievement.
