DU DJS celebrates Japanese Studies Day

The Department of Japanese Studies (DJS) at the University of Dhaka celebrated Japanese Studies Day 2026 under the theme "DJS Carnival: Academic Retreat, Sports, and Cultural Week 2026", marking the department's 9th anniversary alongside the orientation of its 9th batch.
The opening ceremony was held at 4:00pm on Sunday at the Professor Muzaffar Ahmed Chowdhury Auditorium, Faculty of Social Sciences.
Vice Chancellor Prof Dr ABM Obaidul Islam attended the event as the chief guest.
