FFs' lawyer children float platform

A group of lawyers, who are children of freedom fighters (FFs), launched a new platform on Wednesday, says a press release

They floated the platform under the banner of 'Bangladesh Muktijoddha Santan Ainjibi Poribar', to uphold the spirit of Liberation War.

In this regard, a new central committee was announced at a programme at The Platinum Lounge inside the Bangladesh Supreme Court Bar Association Building in Dhaka on December 1, the first day of the month of victory.

Mahbub Ibne Ayub (Sagar) was unanimously elected president of the new executive committee at the programme, while Jamilur Rahman Khan was made general secretary of the organisation.

Other office bearers are Vice-President Manobendro Roy, Joint General Secretary M Rezwan Ahmed (Choyon), Organising Secretary KM Julias Shahriar, Finance Secretary Md Zakaria Khan, Publicity Secretary Maynuddin Rubel, Office Secretary Md Sirajul Alam, and Sports and Cultural Secretary Nilufar Yasmin Lima.
