Fire at foreign ministry

A fire broke out at the Foreign Ministry in city's Segunbagicha area on Wednesday night, reports UNB.
Md Jewel, telephone operator at the Fire Service and Civil Defence control room, said the fire originated in the budget section of the ministry building at around 10:45 pm.
On information, two fire-fighting units rushed to the spot and extinguished the blaze, he said, adding the reason behind the fire could not be known immediately.
The extent of damage was yet to be ascertained.
