Hearing on Minni's bail plea July 30

BARGUNA, July 23 (UNB): A court here on Tuesday fixed July 30 for hearing the bail petition of Aysha Siddika Minni in a case filed over the killing of her husband Rifat Sharif.
District and Sessions Judge Md Asaduzzaman passed the order after Minni's lawyers, Advocate Mahbubul Bari Aslam and Advocate Golam Mostafa Kader, filed the petition.
Mahbubul Bari said they would file another petition seeking withdrawal of her confessional statement as she was forced to issue it.
