Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, and Chattogram divisions in the next 24 hours starting at 6:00 pm on Friday, according to Met office.

Heavy to very heavy rainfall is likely to occur at places over Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions.

The country's highest temperature was recorded at 33.5 degrees Celsius in Srimangal of Sylhet on Friday and the lowest was 23.2 degrees Celsius in Jashore.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 31 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 24.6 degrees Celsius.

The sun sets in the city at 6.48 pm today (Saturday) and will rise at 5:12 am tomorrow (Sunday).
