Hosne Ara passes away

Hosne Ara Begum, wife of former president of greater Comilla district Awami League, ex-Gano Parishad Member and former Vice-Chairman of Bangladesh Bar Council Advocate Ahmed Ali, died at her residence in Comilla Tuesday morning, reports BSS.

She was 78.

Hosne Ara Begum left behind her husband, four sons, five daughters and a host of relatives and well-wishers to mourn her death.

President Md Abdul Hamid expressed deep shock at the death of Hosne Ara Begum.

In a condolence message, the President prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family members.
