The Department of Psychology at Jagannath University (JnU) organised an orientation programme for the 2025-2026 session (21st batch) on the university campus in the capital recently, says a statement.
Vice-Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Rais Uddin attended the programme as the chief guest.
The session was presided over by Professor Dr. Fatema-Tu-Zohra Binte Zaman, chairman of the department of Psychology.
Professor Dr. Kazi Saifuddin, Professor Dr. Asoke Kumar Saha, Professor Dr. Noor Muhammad, and Professor Dr. Muhammad Akram Uzzaman were also present.
The event was moderated by Dr. Rajeka Fardosh Tany.
Speakers emphasised the importance of academic excellence, personal development, and active participation in university life.
