July martyr's mother meets PM with son, gets job assurance

Fatema Tuz Johora, the mother of July Mass Uprising martyr Abdullah Bin Jahid, on Tuesday met Prime Minister (PM) Tarique Rahman with her cancer-stricken son, Mahmudullah Bin Jisan, reports BSS.

During the meeting at the PMO in Sangsad Bhaban (JS), the premier enquired about Jisan's current health condition and assured Fatema Tuz Johora of a job for her.

Abdullah Bin Jahid embraced martyrdom after being shot on the night of August 5, 2024. Two weeks later, Fatema's younger son, Mahmudullah Bin Jisan, was diagnosed with cancer. Seven months later, Fatema also lost her husband.
