The Conservatives have won two and the People's Alliance of Tower Hamlets or PATH one.

The east London council was the last in England to declare its results from Thursday's local election.

A total of 76 British-Bangladeshis have been elected councillors.

They include 10 in Newham, eight in Redbridge, six in Camden, and Barking and Dagenham, four on Croydon, one in Brent, four in Westminster, one in Islington, five in Oldham, three in Manchester City, one in Rochdale, and two in Birmingham.

The elections to Tower Hamlets borough, inhabited largely by Bangladeshis, have been exciting mostly for the Bangladeshis in Britain, with almost all of the 213 councillor candidates originating from the South Asian nation.
