Light rain likely today...

Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Sunday), according to the Met Office.

It may also occur at many places over Rangpur, Rajshahi and Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy to very heavy falls. Day and night temperature may fall slightly over the country.

The highest temperature in the country on Saturday was recorded at 36.5 degrees Celsius in Rajarhat while the lowest temperature at 24.5 degrees in Rangamati.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 33.2 degrees Celsius on Saturday and the lowest was 26.5 degrees.

The sun sets in the city today (Sunday) at 06: 30 pm and rises tomorrow (Monday) at 05:35 am.
