Manhunt underway for two masterminds of Hadi killing: RAB

Director General (DG) of Rapid Action Battalion (RAB) AKM Shahidur Rahman said on Sunday they were continuing a massive hunt for Faisal and Alamgir, the two masterminds of Sharif Osman Hadi's killing.

"We are putting our highest efforts to arrest Faisal and Alamgir," he told the media.

He said, "If Faisal and Alamgir fled to India and we could detect their location, they would be brought back to the country to face trial."

Law-enforcing agencies including RAB were working seriously to arrest the killers of Sharif Osman Hadi. So far eight individuals have been arrested in connection with the murder. Two pistols used in the mission of Hadi killing were also recovered, he added.
