Max Hospital doctors get bail in Raifa death case

CHATTOGRAM, Aug 27: Four doctors of Max Hospital accused in the case of the death of baby Raifa Khan have been granted bail by a court here today.

The court of Chattogram Metropolitan Magistrate Abu Salem Md Noman passed the bail order until receiving the police investigation report by the court, said Assistant Commissioner (Prosecution) of Chattogram Metropolitan Police Kazi Shahabuddin.

The doctors are MD of the Max Hospital Dr Liaquat Ali, Professor Bidhan Roy Chowdhury, Dr Debashis Sengupta and Dr Shubhra Deb.
