Mild cold wave sweeps some dists

Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country until 6:00 pm today (Saturday), according to the Met Office.

Moderate to thick fog may occur at places over the country during midnight to morning and it may continue till noon at places. Air navigation, inland river transport and road communication may disrupt temporarily due to thick fog.

Mild cold wave is sweeping over the districts of Sirajganj and Panchagarh and it may continue.

Night and day temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country

The highest temperature of the country was recorded on Friday at 31.2 degrees Celsius in Teknaf in Cox's Bazar, while the lowest temperature was 9.6 degrees Celsius in Baghabari of Rajshahi.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 23.7 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 13.4 degrees Celsius.
