Mild heat wave sweeps dists----

Rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions with hails at isolated places until 6:00 pm today (Monday), according to the Met Office. Weather may remain mainly dry with temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere.

Mild to moderate heat wave is sweeping over the districts of Dhaka, Rajshahi, Pabna, Sirajganj, Moulvibazar, Rangamati, Feni, Jashore and Chuadanga, and it may continue.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged. The highest temperature of the country was recorded on Sunday at 38 degrees Celsius in Baghabari of Rajshahi, while the lowest was 19.5 degrees Celsius in Tentulia of Panchagarh.
