Rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions until 6:00 pm today (Wednesday), according to the Met Office.

Mild heat wave is sweeping over the districts of Faridpur, Sirajganj, Feni and Jashore, and it may abate.

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged. The highest temperature was recorded on Tuesday at 36.4 in Baghabari of Rajshahi, while the lowest was 19.5 degrees Celsius in Rajarhat of Kurigram.
