Mild heat wave sweeps some dists-

Rain/thunder showers with lightning flashes and temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions until 6:00 pm today (Monday), according to the Met Office.

Mild heat wave is sweeping over the districts of Moulvibazar, Chattogram, Rangamati, Feni, Cox's Bazar, Bandarban and Patuakhali and it may abate from some places. Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The highest temperature of the country was recorded on Sunday at 38 degrees Celsius in Sitakunda of Chattogram, while the lowest temperature was 19 degrees Celsius in Tentulia of Panchagarh.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 35.1 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 25.4 degrees Celsius.
