No bar for Fouzia to join Viqarunnisa as principal

The High Court (HC) on Tuesday cleared the way for newly appointed principal of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College (VNSC) Professor Fouzia Rezwan to join her post.

The court lifted its stay order on her joining the post of principal yesterday.

Besides, the High Court (HC) issued a rule upon the concerned bodies of the government to explain as to why the appointment of Professor Fouzia Rezwan as the principal of Viqarunnisa Noon School and College should not be declared illegal.
