CUMILLA, Mar 29 (UNB): Homebound travellers are enjoying a hassle-free journey on the 105-kilometre stretch of the Dhaka-Chattogram highway in Cumilla, with no reports of traffic congestion.

Despite the increased pressure of passenger and goods-laden vehicles, commuters are reaching their destinations smoothly.

To ensure a trouble-free Eid journey local administration, highway police, and Rover Scouts are working together to assist travelers.

Authorities have identified 12 congestion-prone points along the highway, where executive magistrates are deployed alongside law enforcement agencies to keep traffic moving.
