Newly-enrolled students of North South University posing for photograph with guests at the orientation programme on its campus in the city on Saturday North South University (NSU) arranged an orientation programme for the newly enrolled students of Fall semester- 2018 on its campus in the city on Saturday, says a statement.
Hossain Toufique Imam, Political adviser to the Prime Minister, was present as the chief guest on the occasion.
He said, "I hope, the young students will acquire international standard education and uphold the image of our country."
MA Hashem, Chairman, NSU Board of Trustees, attended the programme as the guest of honour while MA Kashem, Mohammed Shahjahan, Yasmin Kamal and Rehana Rahman, members, BoT of the university, were also present.
A total of 22 meritorious students were awarded full and partial scholarships for their outstanding results in the admission test of Fall 2018 under the NSU scholarship scheme.
