NU to offer July Memorial Scholarships

National University (NU) will offer 'July Martyred Memorial Scholarship' for the students of different colleges under the university, reports BSS.

The scholarship will be offered in memory of the martyrs of anti-discrimination students' movement in July and August last year, according to an office order of the university Sunday.

Chief Adviser Prof Dr Muhammad Yunus will distribute the cheques of scholarship of the NU at his office in the city's Tejgaon area on July 1. Besides, he will also inaugurate the 36-day long July memorial programmes from July 1 to August 5 marking the July uprising anniversary.
