One Bangladeshi among 22 killed in Delhi hotel fire

A Bangladeshi national was among 22 people killed in a devastating hotel fire in New Delhi, while the Bangladesh High Commission is providing assistance to affected victims and facilitating the repatriation of the deceased's remains, reports BSS.
Bangladeshi national Md. Nurul Amin, 44, was among the 22 people from seven countries who lost their lives in the fire Wednesday, according to the Bangladesh High Commission in New Delhi.
In a statement issued on Thursday night, the mission said it is taking necessary measures to ensure the swift repatriation of the deceased's mortal remains to Bangladesh.
The High Commission said two Bangladeshi families were particularly affected by the fire that broke out on June 3.
