One gets death for killing brother

SYLHET, July 14 (BSS): A court awarded on Sunday death penalty to a person for killing his elder brother in Zakiganj upazila under Sylhet district in 2017.
Additional District and Sessions Judge Aminul Islam passed the order in presence of convicted Jakir Hossain, son of Safiqul Haque of Kesri, Zakiganj.
According to the case statement, Jakir hacked to death his elder brother Kamal Hosain over a family feud.
The victim's wife Jannatul Ferdous Rahena filed the case with Zakiganj thana accusing lone accused of the case Jakir Hossain.
