Prof Dr Abu Borhan Mohammad Badruzzaman, vice-chancellor of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, and Tan Tieniu, chairman of CPC Council of Nanjing University and fellow of Chinese Academy of Sciences, signing the memorandum of understanding on behalf of their respective sides at the BUET ECE building in the capital on Monday. Under the deal, both the universities will work together to build a smart Bangladesh through exchange of knowledge.
