Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Dhaka, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Chattogram, Khulna and Barishal divisions in the next 24 hours from 06:00 am today (Tuesday), according to the Met Office.

The highest temperature in the country on Monday was recorded at 37.0 degrees Celsius in Rangamati, while the lowest temperature at 18.4 degrees in Mymensingh.

The highest temperature in the capital was recorded at 34.0 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 21.0 degrees.
