Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions until 6:00 pm today (Saturday), according to the Met office.

The highest temperature of the country was recorded on Saturday at 35.5 degrees Celsius in Ishurdi of Pabna, while the lowest temperature was 23.8 degrees Celsius in Sylhet.

The highest temperature in the city was recorded at 34.2 degrees Celsius and the lowest was 27.5 degrees Celsius.
