Rivals shoot Rohingya leader dead

COX'S BAZAR, Jan 20: A Rohingya refugee leader was shot dead by rival group in the Thaing Khali refugee camp area on Friday night.
The deceased was identified as Mohammad Yousuf, a refugee leader of Thaing Khali camp under Ukhia upazila of Cox's Bazar district.
According to sources, a rival group of Yousuf wearing musk numbering about 10 attacked him in the Tanzimar Ghona area on Friday around 8:30 pm. At one stage they shot Yousuf and he was rushed to nearby MSF hospital but the doctors on duty declared him dead around 10 pm.
