Road crashes kill five in two dists -

Five persons were killed in separate road accidents in Barguna and Chuadanga on Friday, reports UNB.

In Barguna, a teenage motorcyclist and his two pillion riders were killed as their bike hit a roadside tree at Betagi in Barguna in the early hours of Friday, police said.

The dead are bike rider Yeasin Arafat (13), Rabbi Mridha (14), and Siam (13), all residents of Mokamia union.

In Chuadanga, two people were killed and also seven cattle died as a truck carrying the animals lost control and crashed into a roadside tree at Chuadanga sadar upazila in the early hours of Friday.
