Sampan Festival in Ctg Oct 16-17

CHATTOGRAM, Oct 13: Chattogram City Awami League (AL) will arrange a two-day Sampan Festival on October 16 and 17 with a call to protect the river Karnaphuli from encroachment, siltation and pollution.
This festival is part of celebrations marking the Mujib Borsho, the City AL leaders said.
General Secretary of Chattogram City AL and former mayor of Chattogram City Corporation (CCC) AJM Nasir Uddin announced the festival at a press conference in the city on Tuesday.
