Southeast Univ Trust holds 139th meeting

The 139th board meeting of Southeast University (SEU) Trust was held at the university's permanent campus in Tejgaon, Dhaka on Monday. SEU Trust Chairman Rezaul Karim presided over the meeting, attended by its board of trustees (BoT) members along with the university management.

During the meeting, the BoT discussed a range of academic, administrative, and strategic matters - focusing on advancing the university's mission. Key topics included evaluation of its current academic programmes, infrastructure development, and refinement of institutional policies.

Strategic directives were issued to bolster academic quality, strengthen research capabilities, and improve operational efficiency. The BoT emphasised the importance of expanding industry collaborations, integrating cutting-edge technologies, and pursuing sustainable institutional growth, said a press release.
