Tasnim president of BD Study Forum, Hasan gen secy

Bangladesh Study Forum (BDSF) has announced its new executive committee for the 2025-2026 tenure.

Tasnim Ahmed of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) and Mahmudul Hasan of Dhaka University have been elected president and general secretary of the forum respectively for the new term.

The new committee was announced at the Annual General Meeting of the forum held following an Iftar Mahfil and view-exchange meeting at the Dhaka Club in the city on Thursday (March 13).

Standing Committee and Advisory Council of the forum approved the new committee for the next one year.

Other office-bearers of the forum are: Vice-president Safkat Alam Ankhi, joint secretary Sanjida Senjuti, spokesperson Susmita Hossain Swarnali, treasurer Sadia Islam Trisha, program secretary Yasin Arafat, event secretary Mahmud Habib and organising secretary Sahikon Hassan and Bappy Ahmed.

Advisory Council member Advocate Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Co-Founder Sabidin Ibrahim, Saimum Reza Talukder and Alauddin Mohammad and Standing Committee members Abu Bakar Siddique, Arif Rahman, Qaium Ahmed and Mohammad Ibrahim, among others, were also present at the AGM.
