Three to die for killing schoolboy

RAJSHAHI, Dec 19 (UNB): A speedy tribunal here on Tuesday awarded capital punishment to three persons and life term imprisonment to one for killing a schoolboy after abduction in Rajshahi on December 20, 2014.

The condemned convicts are Majedur Rahman Sagor, son of Abul Kashem, Nazmul Haque, son of Hazrat Ali and Ripon Sarkar Liton, son of Abdul Razzak while the lifer is Asinur Begum of the area.

Rajshahi Speedy Tribunal Judge Kabita Akhtar handed down the verdict.
