Trader found dead at Savar residence

SAVAR, Jan 2 (UNB): A businessman was murdered by miscreants at his residence in Savar, police said on Friday.

The victim was identified as Delwar Hossain, a shoe trader by profession.

His body was recovered from his house in Baradeshi Uttarpara area under Aminbazar Union of Savar on Friday evening.

According to the police, the miscreants killed Delwar Hossain by gouging out his eyes and severing his genital organ.

In the afternoon, local residents noticed his body lying inside the house and informed Savar Model Police Station.
