Tributes paid to martyred police members

Home Affairs Adviser Lieutenant General (Retd.) Mohammad Jahangir Alam Chowdhury on Monday paid homage to martyred police members of 1971 to mark the Victory Day, reports UNB.
He was accompanied by Special Assistant to the Chief Adviser Mohammad Khoda Bakhsh Chowdhury, and Inspector General of Police Baharul Alam while placing wreaths at Police Memorial in Rajarbagh Police Lines.
They laid wreaths at the memorial at 8:30 am to honour the brave police personnel who sacrificed their lives during the Liberation War.
