ULAB to hold its 5th convocation February 25

The University of Liberal Arts Bangladesh (ULAB) to hold its 5th convocation on Monday (February 25) at the Bangabandhu International Conference Centre (BICC) in the city, says a statement.

President and Chancellor of ULAB Md. Abdul Hamid will preside over the convocation.

A total of 1,302 graduates from the undergraduate and graduate programmes will receive their certificates this year.

Dr Dipu Moni, MP, Minister of Education, Mohibul Hassan Chowdhoury, MP, Deputy Minister, Ministry of Education and Professor Abdul Mannan, Chairman, University Grants Commission of Bangladesh, will be present as special guests.

The convocation speech will be delivered by noted scientist and educationist Professor Dr. Muhammed Zafar Iqbal.

Dr. Kazi Anis Ahmed, Vice-President of the Board of Trustees and Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. HM Jahirul Haque of ULAB will deliver their speeches on the occasion.
