Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely at most places over Rajshahi, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions, reports UNB.

It may also occur at many places over Dhaka, Sylhet and Mymensingh divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country in the next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Thursday).

Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may fall by (1-3) degrees Celsius over the country, said the Met Office.

The country's highest temperature 36.5 degree Celsius was recorded on Wednesday in Sylhet and the lowest 24.0 degrees in Teknaf.
