Weather may remain dry with temporary partly cloudy sky over the country until 6:00 pm today (Tuesday), reports UNB.

Moderate to thick fog may occur at different places over the country until noon, Met Office said.

Severe cold wave is sweeping over Rangpur, Jessore and Chuadanga. Mild to moderate cold wave is sweeping over Mymensingh and Barisal divisions, remaning parts of Dhaka, Sylhet and Khulna divisions and the regions of Sandwip, Sitakunda, Comilla and Noakhali and it may continue.

The country's highest temperature of 25.5 degrees Celsius was recorded on Monday at Teknaf and the lowest recorded was 02.06 degrees at Tetulia.

The highest temperature recorded in Dhaka on Monday was 18.0 degrees Celsius while the lowest 09.5 degrees.
