Weather remained mostly dry across the country on Sunday with the mercury rising further to some extent.

Maximum temperature in Dhaka was recorded at 33.2 degrees Celsius and minimum temperature at 19.9 degrees on the day, according to the Met Office.

The country's highest temperature was recorded at 33.7 degrees Celsius at Sitakunda on Sunday compared to that of 31.8 degrees at Teknaf on Saturday.

The sun sets at 5:15pm in Dhaka today (Monday) and will rise at 6:10am tomorrow (Tuesday).
