Rain /thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind and lightning flashes are likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Mymensingh, Sylhet, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions with moderately heavy to very heavy falls over the country in next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Tuesday).

Day temperature may remain nearly unchanged and night temperature may fall slightly over the country, said the Met Office.

The sun sets in the city today (Tuesday) at 6:27 pm and rises tomorrow (Wednesday) at 5:24 am.

The country's highest temperature 34.0 degrees Celsius was recorded on Monday at Jashore and the lowest 19.0 degrees at Rangamati.
