Light to moderate rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at most places over Rangpur, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions, at many places over Rajshahi, Dhaka & Chattogram divisions and at a few places over Khulna and Barisal divisions with moderately heavy to very heavy falls at places over northern part of the country in next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Wednesday).

Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, Met Office said.

The sun sets in the capital today at 06:06 pm and rises tomorrow (Thursday) at5:44 am.

The country's highest temperature of 34.0 degrees Celsius was recorded on Tuesday in Dhaka and the lowest of 23.5degrees in Sayadpur.
