Rain/thunder showers accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rajshahi and Sylhet divisions, reports UNB.

It also occur at a few places over Khulna, Barishal and Chattogram divisions with hails in the next 24 hours until 06:00 pm today (Tuesday), reports UNB.

Mild heat wave is sweeping over Khulna division and the regions of Rajshahi, Pabna, Rangamati and Maijdee Court.

Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may fall by (2-3) degrees Celsius over the country, the Met Office said.

The country's highest temperature 37.2 degrees Celsius was recorded on Monday in Rangamati and the lowest 19.3 degrees in Tetulia.
