Light to moderate rain or thundershowrs is likely to occur at one or two places over Rajshahi, Dhaka, Khulna, Chittagong and Barisal divisions and weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy to temporary partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country in next 24 hours until 6pm today (Wednesday), reports UNB.

Night temperature may rise by 1-2 degree Celsius and day temperature may fall by 1-3 degree Celsius over the country, Met Office said.

The country's highest temperature 34.5 degrees Celsius was recorded on Tuesday in Chittagong and lowest 14.8 degrees in Tetulia.

The highest temperature recorded in Dhaka on Tuesday was 30.6 degrees Celsius while the lowest was 21.6 degrees.
