Rain/thunder showers with lighting flashes accompanied by temporary gusty/squally wind is likely to occur at many places over Dhaka, Barishal, Chattogram, Mymensingh and Sylhet divisions at a few places over Rangpur, Rajshahi, Khulna divisions with hails at isolated places over the country in next 24 hours until 6:00 pm today (Thursday), reports UNB.

Weather may remain mainly dry temperature partly cloudy sky elsewhere over the country with hails at isolated places, the Met Office said.

Day temperature may fall slightly and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country.

The country's highest temperature 35 degrees Celsius was recorded on Wednesday at Mongla and Jashore and the lowest 20.0 degrees at Rajarhat in Barishal district.
